Guarantee covers the replacement of parts or at the company's discretion the replacement of complete product. Guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover consumer misuse or damage.

In the event that a Guarantee claim is necessary please contact intlcc@petsafe.net for our UK office; and staywellus@petsafe.net if you live in USA, Canada or Mexico. Please note that we will require a proof of purchase, such as a dated receipt.

To register for Staywell's 3 Year Guarantee please either complete online using the "Register Your Guarantee" button on any Staywell page of the Web site or alternatively please complete and return the form enclosed with your product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Failure to register your guarantee will invalidate the Staywell guarantee and only your statutory rights will be applicable.
